The Chi Mu Chapter
The Chi Mu Chapter at Sacred Heart University was established in 2015 and boasts an alumni of over 325 brothers.

The accomplishments of the brothers in Alpha Kappa Psi stem from the chapter's commitment to recognizing the professional skills and basic understandings of fields ranging from a wide spectrum of backgrounds. Through an extensive alumni network, mentorship programs, professional workshops, intramural teams, and committees, brothers are able to expand their personal experiences and naturally hone their professional skills.

While the chapter offers many opportunities to expand one's professional aspirations, the chapter prides itself most in it's unique brotherhood. With brothers pursuing majors across the university's colleges, not just within the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology, we bring together individuals with similar goals and aspirations. Established in 1904, Alpha Kappa Psi is the world's oldest and largest professional business fraternity. The Founding Fathers, known as the "Brooklyn Four", founded Alpha Kappa Psi to unite individuals possessing a unique drive for success.

Every night, the Founding Fathers walked home from school over the Brooklyn Bridge and discussed the need for an organization--one that not only educated students, but also fostered leaders. Thus, Alpha Kappa Psi was formed and has been used as a stepping stone by thousands of individuals to advance their college and professional careers.

With a network of more than 250,000 members spanning the globe, Alpha Kappa Psi unites brothers from all fields and backgrounds. Our alumni have held positions that range from United States Presidency to Fortune 500 CEOs, and have enabled us to provide our brothers with the guidance and skills necessary to further their individual welfare on both a personal and professional level.

On behalf of all of the brothers of the Chi Mu Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, I would like to welcome you to our website.
In 2015, the Chi Mu Chapter of Alpha Kappa Psi was founded. Since our establishment, we have worked tirelessly to develop today's premier business professionals while simultaneously building a brotherhood that will leave a mark on our campus community. Our brothers represent a variety of career aspirations and interests, but we all share the common drive to become premier business leaders in our fields. The Chi Mu Chapter strives to provide every brother with opportunities to grow professionally, serve the community around us, and build relationships that will last beyond graduation. As we approach our 10-year anniversary, we are excited to celebrate the efforts of our past and current brothers while looking forward to the opportunities we can prepare for our future brothers.
Personally, I can say that joining the Chi Mu Chapter my first semester at Sacred Heart has truly shaped the trajectory of my college experience. I have had a built-in support system since the day I started the recruitment process, and I am confident these friendships will last a lifetime.
